Questions

Is Cedar legal advice?

No. Cedar helps you organize tenancy workflows and documents and explains form context. It is not a law firm — you remain responsible for confirming your obligations with the RTB.

Which forms does it cover?

Starting with the highest-frequency BC workflows: rent increase, ending a tenancy (landlord’s use and 10-day for unpaid rent), move-in/move-out inspections, and the tenancy agreement.

Why BC-only?

Because the value is getting British Columbia’s specific rules, deadlines and forms exactly right — not covering everywhere shallowly.
